When starting the a new game, the text for choosing to enable/disable rumble is covered with a brown overlay on DX 11. It is OK on OpenGL and DX9 backends(deprecated)
What did you expect to happen instead?

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

Unable to reproduce.
Tested 4.0.2 and 4.0-553
Using a Core i5 3570K and A GTX 470 on 64bit Dolphin on Windows.
99% sure this is invalid.
