Game Name?
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance
Game ID?
GDEE71
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
I can play most of the game, but now, at a specific scenario, I receive de mensage:
FIFO is overflowed by GatherPipe!
CPU thread is too fast!
If I press "yes" on the mensage box, I can play the game again for a few seconds, until I receives the same mensage again.
If I press "no", the emulator closes.
Deactivating the option to use two cores solves the problem, but the game gets too slow.
What did you expect to happen instead?
To receive no mensage.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
1.Start the game
2.Play the game until the "Burning Eye Base"
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I don't know.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Linux x64, Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti, i7 3.2GHz
Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
x64
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

oangelo, would you please attach a zipped up version of the memory card and specific instructions on what to do after loading the save game?

I noticed that the problem is related to the JITIL emulation motor.
Because of issue #6856, was not possible to use the JIT motor.
Now that I can use the JIT, the game plays nice.

- Status changed from New to Invalid
Using JIT and JITIL, loaded the save game and played this without the FIFO overflowed message appearing using Dolphin 4.0-1077.
