rcdefs.h is modified when I do a rebuild, causing annoying modified svn status for my trunk.

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Rebuild all.
- Watch as TortiseSVN marks your trunk (and all the folders in it containing rcdefs.h) with a big red exclamation point icon.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file used to not be modified.

rcdefs.h can be found at trunk\Externals\wxWidgets\lib\vc_lib\msw\wx\msw.
Just one number is changed, from 150021022 to 150030729. The trunk always
being marked as modified is not actually causing any problems, but it is
annoying and inconvenient. Dolphin compiles exactly the same way with the
official svn file, a modified file, or even no file. This file was
probably svn versioned by someone by accident at some point. Just deleting
the file from the svn will fix this issue, but one of the other devs
should confirm that this file has no other purpose before I do so.
