- Status changed from New to Invalid
- Category set to dsphle
Use DSP LLE to fix this. It'll likely incur some slowdown, but that's normal. (Overclock more to fix it.)
For future reference, try the forums first. We don't want useless reports like this wasting space in the issue tracker. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/
Also, from fuckups like this whole incomprehensible line -> "3.When appear cutscene when Zelda is atacked for a bad Wizzard the music background dont sound" and the part where you say you're using an NTSC copy for the GC version yet you uploaded a PAL memory card (and I don't care to check whether that file even contains a ZTP save, let alone which region it ended up being), I can tell you're not one of those people that files legitimate issues. I'd recommend you do some research on Dolphin (e.g. read the FAQ and wiki, explore the forums a bit) and take some English classes before you try filing another.
I do commend you for at least including a save file, whether it's the right one or not – that's a rare courtesy these days.
