What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
my gamepad works in GCpad settings and all the buttons and joysticks work and it shows that it does but when i try to run a game it does not work in game well it does but only start button and thats all i get just the start menu but even then i cant move or select anything
What did you expect to happen instead?
i expect it to work and with out any bugs and this is on newest ver. of dolphin a stable built 4.02

1.run the game

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
im on 4.02
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
it was working on my 3.0-243 but now it that having problems aswell

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 5800
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K
Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?

Why did you not listen to us?? Dude, go to the forums to learn how to use the emulator. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/
No one else has issues in new builds with controls not working. It's just you and your setup. You need to figure out what you did. Like try a fresh install, I can guarantee it'll work if you do that. Don't reply, just go to the forums, and do not post on here anymore.

You aren't providing enough information, and apparently have a history of doing so. Go to the forums, it's designed for providing help. The issue tracker is for AFTER narrowing down the problem.
