What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
After revision 4.0-1401 i am getting white textures ingame with both hardware backends.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Textures to appear properly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Start a new game.
2.Get ingame and watch the textures.
3.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

dolphin-master-4.0-1401-x64

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

I would like to note that i was getting pixel shader errors before the merge though in the game, textures were shown properly though with error messages disabled.

Umm, why didn't you file a bug report then?

Anyway, I never actually did finish verifying that the behavior of the patch was correct... taking another look at it, the color is probably getting clamped to white because the formula multiplies a color by 255. I'll take another look.

magumagu9: I recently found out about it and it doesn't happen any more after the patch to report it. Instead now there are white textures.
