What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Audio cuts off in cutscenes with both lle and hle.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Hear sound at least with lle.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
1.Start a new game.
2.Skip the videos with start, go straight to the telescope and enter winnie's dream.
3.At the beginning of the stage the announcer talks but there is no audio with either hle or lle using 4.0 - 1767.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0 - 1767, 3.5 stable

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

Yes, 3,5 stable when you have 48.000 hz setting works fine with both hle and lle. With 32.000 hz it has serious issues with hle and partially works with lle (sound gets cut of mid scene usually).

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
WInos7 x64, 2500k and 560 ti

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64 bit

Please test this game on Dolphin 4.0.2.

After the 32khz/48khz option was removed, Dolphin was hard-coded to output at 48000hz.

Exactly the same as the latest development with both hle and lle, no sound during cutscenes.

Ok, after some testing the issue occurred between 3.5 - 1070 and 3.5 - 1084 (i couldn't find builds between).
The only audio related commit i could find is unfortunately this:

Issue 7122 seems to be related to this one (Burnout 2 music doesn't play). https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/51290fd48221eed8a6a6a113c494045c1c0c4f56 seems to be the culprit too.

Confirmed that this is an ARAM DMA timing problem - nothing to do with the 48khz/32khz DSP switch nor the DSP accelerator loop code.

Further instructions are to pass Winnie's dream and the following cut-scenes until the stage starts. Walking forward up the path, you should encounter an Owl that talks but the cut-scene is silent.

I have created PR #1012 to fix this issue. Kosta, I was lucky and found the fix for Resident Evil. Would you please test this fix in as many GC games as you can if you have time?

Burnout 2 and Piglet's Big Game is fixed, and i couldn't find some regression testing various gamecube games. It looks good to me.
