What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
When Recording Input with two memory cards, the data for Card B is never saved.

What did you expect to happen instead?
The data for Card A and Card B to be saved.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start recording input for F-Zero GX with two memory cards inserted.
2. Set your pilot name to anything.
3. Go into the Customize Menu. Select Garage.
4. Select Slot B for Garage Data. Dolphin will "save" to Slot B but won't actually save anything at all.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-1822

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I don't think any version works.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating

16 GB DDR3
3.1 GHz Eight Core CPU
NVidia GTX 660

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64 Bit

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Make sure both Slot A and Slot B have a memory card in them.
