What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Emulated Wiimote tilting does not register when tilting right.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Both left and right tilting to register.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Map wiimote tilting (either to digital or analog inputs)
2.Tilt right.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Several.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I hadn't noticed this problem until recently. Although I hadn't played a game involving Wiimote tilting in quite some time.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

I suppose I should have specified better than "several" for the tested versions.
I've used the latest dev release as well as all releases going back to 4.0-2540 (as I had been using this version due to another issue I've submitted).
That's what I get for not proofreading. :\

Update:
I decided to give up and pair my real Wiimote to play. Everything worked fine.
Then I switched back to my controller and emulated Wiimote only to find that the issue was gone. I don't know if the problem was in my configuration files, but pairing the real Wiimote seemed to repair it.
The GUI still shows the tilt input not being read, as the gif shows, but the games recognize it perfectly.
If anyone else is experiencing this issue, try pairing a real Wiimote if possible and switch back.
