Description
Game Name?
DJ Hero 2
PAL
Game ID?
SWBP52
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
No scratching support for both keyboard and turntable (Jogwheel only) extension
What did you expect to happen instead?
the programmed keys/jogwheel to work when pressed/turned
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
1.Playing anywhere in the game that requires movement of the jogwheel for scratching will reproduce this, the assigned buttons do not work or nor the physical jogwheel.
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
3.5 and 4.0
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 8.1 Pro
i5-3570k @ 4.4Ghz
Gigabyte 770 GTX 4GB OC Windforce 3x
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
When jogwheel is moved, no movement is detected, doesn't show up as a control e.g. Axis -X or anything. (Located in Table Left Section of Turntable in Extensions in Dolphin Wiimote config)

Does the jogwheel appear in Game Controllers under Windows? Have you tried the latest development version of Dolphin?
Updated by Pandaturtle64 about 10 years ago
I'm using an X360 Wireless Receiver, on the turntable it shows it's connected. Yes, i'm also using the latest build 4.0-3089. Current config attached should help, jogwheel when turned does not get detected in table left; left, right.

Let me know if these steps work for you:
- Right click the Table Left: Left button
- Press Clear
- In Device, select the jogwheel
- Press Detect
- Move the jogwheel left
- Press Select
- Press Apply
- Press OK
- Repeat steps 1-8 for the other table controls
- Press OK on the Turntable dialog
- Press OK on the Wiimote settings
- Play the game

The emulated turntable does work and scratching does work.
I think Pandaturtle64 is trying to say his physical Xbox 360 DJ turntable cannot be mapped.
This forum post and reddit link explain the cause of the issue.

Basically, turning the physical table only causes a small fraction of movement in the relevant axis.
Dolphin expects the axis to reach its full potential value.
A workaround is to manually adjust the "Range" in the ini file to insane values.
This is not really Dolphin's issue but we could make the workaround and UI more friendly.
My expression parser PR will make the workaround less ugly with a multiplication operator.

Updated by Billiard26 over 5 years ago
- Subject changed from DJ Hero 2 No turntable 'scratching' support to Xbox 360 DJ Hero Turntable - scratching action cannot be mapped
Updated by Billiard26 about 5 years ago
- Status changed from Fix pending to Fixed
- Fixed in set to 5.0-11035
Multiplication is now supported in input expressions which will eliminate the need for ridiculously high "Range" settings.
`Axis X+` * 4000
