Description

This is a feature I wanted to see in Dolphin that would make my life a tad easier. What I mean by "Lock Window Dimensions to Aspect Ratio" is...

Say you've chosen "Force 16:9" as your "Aspect Ratio". Well, with this feature, when running in windowed mode, the window's dimensions would be locked to an aspect ratio of 16:9 (the window isn't the same as the render area btw). This means that you can't accidentally make the window super tall and have to try and carefully wrap the window around the game screen manually (if you don't know what I mean by that... here:)

Hopefully this wouldn't be too much of a hassle to add :)

EDIT: There is a feature called "Stretch to window", but.... yeah.

"Auto adjust Window Size" locks the render area to the selected aspect ratio. I am not sure many people would make use of an option which locks the window area to a aspect ratio.

I'd make use of this.

The issue with "Auto Adjust Window Size" is that the window can be a bit too small, depending on the render size.

It'd be nice to have an option so my Window-size would auto-adjust, so there would never be any black borders around my window.
