Description

Occurs with multiplayer netplay (Tested with 4 players)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

Often times the fourth player will overlap the third player
Myself (Y-L) is overlapping Frog, here is my window (http://puu.sh/cG7xb/6eac22ec3b.png)
For other players, window appears like this:

When the game starts, the players that overlap share the same port, but are desynced from each other and have no interaction over the overlapped player.

What did you expect to happen instead?

All 4 players should be present in the lobby.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]

  1. Create a netplay lobby
  2. Have 4 players join (we all joined simultaneously and immediately after the host started hosting, don't know if that contributes)

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-3419. 4.0-4069

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

No, we generally used

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

Irrelevant, but we are all on windows 64 bit (7 or 8)

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
