Find any Wii game with any version other than 1.00. No matter what the game's version is, it will always display ar revision 0 in the ISO properties menu.
This can be seen with any game with multiple revisions, such as Super Smash Bros. Brawl (RSBE01), Wii Sports (RSPE01), Wii Play (RHAE01), Link's Crossbow Training (RZPE01), and Twilight Princess (RZDE01), among others.
This issue also applies to WiiWare and Virtual Console games.
