Hotkeys do not work in fullscreen if the option "Render to main window" is enabled
What did you expect to happen instead?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- start the game
- put the emulator in fullscreen
- try use hotkeys (screen shot,save state, load state, etc...)
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which

yes, I do not remember version :/
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating

intel I7, HD 4000 IGP, 8 GB ram, 1TB hard disk, IS A NETBOOK.
