Description

Gives some kind of weird reverb effect. Probably yet another difference between their crazy old UCode and the TWW one that served as the reference.

On latest master on my computer (macOS 10.12.5), the US IPL audio is completely broken when using DSP-HLE. I've attached recordings from HLE and LLE (with the official ROM) for reference.
