ccZelda Ucode loaded, crc:2fcdf1ec, flags 00000002

Pikmin 2 is the same CRC/Flags and has the same problem on boot.

- Status changed from New to Accepted
- Priority set to Low
Worth investigating at some point, but right now the error will only show in strict mode. Probably some bad buffer mapping.

This issue also affects Super Mario Sunshine (GMSE01), even when the sound options are set to mono or stereo instead of surround. The panic alert only shows up when STRICT_ZELDA_HLE
is defined, but when surround is enabled, audio behind the camera can't be heard (both on the title screen and ingame (for one of the flaming piantas that runs in circles)). DSP LLE behaves properly (even if "Dolby Pro Logic II Decoder" is unchecked). Compare #12902.

- Related to Emulator Issues #12902: 3D audio behind the player in Rogue Squadron 2 works incorrectly with DSP HLE added
