What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

The game ini file states that the game is defect, but it actually isn't completely defect. Furthermore, there should be three settings added to the ini file which stabilise the rendering:

UseXFB = True
UseRealXFB = False
SafeTextureCacheColorSamples = 512

It might sound weird, but maybe a note about the strobe-like flickering would be nice, because it could cause seizures. Please refer to issue 7697 for further information.
