What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. run dolphin
  2. try to change settings for falcon4ever 0.4 plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should allow me to change settings, instead i get the error message
"Unable to create window helper class: error 1410."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dolphin 2865 windows 7 beta (build 7000)

Please provide any additional information below.

I only seem to get this after trying to run a game with AR's enabled
(metroid prime 1 & 2). Running AR's crashes the emulator.

Duplicate of issue 698. This is an SDL 1.3 problem. Using SDL 1.2 fixes it, but
creates other problems with certain gamepads (I get axis' reversed and L analog not
working) see issue 811.

Latest builds make SDL 1.2 the default.
