Game ID?
G3FE69

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Game is unstable with OpenGL backend in dual core mode. Lighting is broken in D3D backend. Both backends fail to render coronas.

Coronas to render around lamps and other light sources, dynamic lighting to render properly, and the game to not display errors and\or crash.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
GFX FIFO: Unknown Opcode-
1.Pause game.
2.Press CONTINUE.
3.Game will display this error. (OpenGL only)

Crash-
1.Start new game.
2.Proceed to when alien space ship crashes with massive explosion.
3.Game will lock up.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-5347 x64

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Operating System: Windows 7
Processor/CPU: Intel Q9400 @ 2.66Ghz (3.2Ghz))
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GTX 750Ti.
Memory/RAM: Kingston 8GB

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
No.

Talking about four different problems in one issue report is going to cause confusion at best. Please file separate reports. (Closing this issue report just to reduce confusion; all of the issues you identified are probably valid.)

Dual-core is generally known to cause issues in many games; see issue 7143 etc. Deterministic dual-core sometimes helps.

Please link to a fifolog for graphical issues.
