These will all come up with a random order.

1. Have lots of games.
2. Notice problem.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

All builds of Dolphin currently suffer from this. It mostly changes the order based on when you change builds or purge cache. For very long periods of time they can be in the same order though.
