What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
It's annoying that the Memory Card Manager auto resizes every time you manage the virtual memory card file
What did you expect to happen instead?
No auto resizes.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Just use any of the buttons to manage the memory card (like the import/export buttons or next/previous page buttons).

Caused by this line here: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/47792b02a526597642e8e4e40991c0fb108b521d
I'm not sure what overlapping issue it's talking about, I'm not seeing anything different when I remove it.
