What did you expect to happen instead?
The OpenGL render instead with no errors.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load the game under default settings but use Direct3D as the backend.
2. Have any Sim do something that brings out the censor effect, like using the toilet or taking a shower.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Dolphin 4.0-6068

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating

Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.5Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 610M
