CTGP Revolution 1.03.100 (a Mario Kart Wii mod) is broken with Dolphin

Game Name? CTGP Revolution, a Mario Kart Wii Mod
Game ID? The channel is identified by the Game ID : 0000000100000002
What's the problem?
In the past CTGP ran without major issues with Dolphin build 4.0-2005. Recently MrBean35000vr fixed that, and launching the channel result as a blackscreen.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Actually with the latest version result as a blackscreen, a successful launching result the title "CTGP Revolution" appear in screen.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Download the latest CTGP Revolution, put contents on a virtual SD Card
- Run HBC on the Wii System Menu, select CTGP channel
- After launching : Blackscreen
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Dolphin 4.0-2005, and Dolphin 4.0-5960
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
With the new CTGP update, launching it with any Dolphin version will result as a blackscreen.

From what we can tell, there's nothing we can really do about that.
If that's not true, then we'd gladly work with them on figuring out why it's broken. Having the source code to what's going on would make it fairly trivial.

It's not that we can't do anything about it, it's that fixing it on the Dolphin side (by emulating CPU caches correctly) would make Dolphin nine times slower. Similar problem with Project M – both projects do shit with the icache that Dolphin doesn't fully account for outside of interpreter.
