Description
Game Name?
Bully: Scholarship Edition

What's the problem?
First of all, I saw there was an issue with this game hanging since 4.0-4896, but for me the definition of hanging is you start the game, crashes for a second or 5 while playing, and comes back. But in my test the game doesn't even load at all, so I created this issue thread. I tried to go to the game .ini to see if I could mess with some settings, but Windows search didn't find aything. Went directly to the game settings folder, and yeah, no ini. I got the idea of creating a custom ini for it, based on the structure of the other games, I even did a region specific ini (USA version), to see if something changes, but no, I double-click on the game, and no yellow letters appear, no Wiimote screen (the wiki says it might have slow performance on that screen, but even if I wait, nothing appears) FPS 0, but VPS 60, 100%, pressing frame advance increases that percentage, but that's just it. When games have black screen, I activate real XFB, because that's generally not-showing-FMVs related (right?), and FPS goes to 60, but nothing else.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Load the game.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the game
2.Wait
3.Nothing
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
I'm using 4.0-6000 for about a month now, since I'm affected by the recent D3D fullscreen stop crash on all the recent versions. But latest (4.0-6301) also doesn't load the game.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue?
Yes, 4.0-4894 (the one before the revision with reported hangs) seems to work fine, but since that one doesn't have the SSE2 speed up thingy, I cannot play using my current CPU. I'm too lazy to backtrack this problem though, sorry.
What are your PC specifications?
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Athlon II x2 240 2.8Ghz
5GB RAM
GeForce 9600GT 1GB
Is there any other relevant information?
Not relevant, but older versions show the game with the full name, and recent ones just show the game as "Bully".

This is a duplicate of another issue. Right click the game in the gamelist, turn on fast disc speed, and it should work again for the time being.

I should say, right click the game, hit properties, and make speed up disc transfer rate a checkmark. Sorry for unclear instructions.

Still a well written report and whatnot, this needs to be fixed.
