Description

Game Name?
Ultimate Spider-Man

Game ID?
GUTE52

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Well, this game seems to have serious problems on every platform, emulated or not, but here it doesn't even load, and crashes the whole emulator, having to close it through task manager. I tried enabling fast disk transfer, something necessary for Bully Scholarship Edition, that's another game that doesn't load, but nothing for spidey.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Load the game.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Double-click the game
2.Complete crash
3.---

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-6000 and 4.0-6428

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I don't really bother using versions before 4.0-5915, because they doesn't have the vertex loader JIT SSE2 fallback (or something), that actually allows me to play Dolphin on my CPU, so I haven't tested it.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Athlon II X2 240 2.8Ghz
5 GB RAM
GeForce 9600GT

Works fine here, perhaps you have a bad dump?

Huh. I'll try another dump and report later.

Well, I tried a different dump, but still nothing, using different configs (JIT, JITIL, OGL, D3D, Software), nothing, and I saw that MMU is enabled by default on the ini, although the wiki doesn't report why it's needed, but even disabling has no effect. Only thing I noticed is in the title of the window, where the info like FPS and backends are, it shows Interpreter64 DC, regardless of what CPU Emulator Engine I use, which is really weird. But since it works for you, I probably came across another bad dump, but I won't try another one, since I can play the PC version of that game just fine, the GC one was more for the save states. I think this issue may be closed, if nobody else has this problem.

This game requires the MMU option enabled (checked) and External Frame Buffer enabled in the graphics options. After starting the game, wait for 5 minutes on the black screen and the game will start after that.
