Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

Can you post a crash log on pastie and link it here? They should be in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ (You will need to hit Cmd-Shift-G in finder to go to this folder).

I can't get this to reproduce. It happened once when I tried to quit the app and it hasn't happened since then. Are you using a version of the driver that's compatible with OS X 10.10? Try this version, it works fine for me: https://github.com/d235j/360Controller/releases/tag/v0.14-unofficial

- Status changed from New to Working as intended
Nobody has reported this on the latest versions of Dolphin on a reasonably supported version of MacOS. Closing.
