Description

Game Name?
Wii System Menu

Game ID?
Not sure.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
If you go to settings and try to delete a channel, Dolphin crashes.

What did you expect to happen instead?
The channel to be deleted.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Wii System menu (513E in my case)
  2. Go to settings, Data Management, Channels, and try to delete a channel.
  3. Say bye-bye to Dolphin.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-6732

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
N/A

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Core i7-4810Mq cpu, 16gb DDR3 RAM, GeForce 880m GPU, Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

This is known, but umm, I'm pretty sure this is one of those extremely hard things to do. Not sure. Someone who knows the Wii stuff better please comment.

I actually ran into this bug because I somehow used up all available storage space on Dolphin's virtual Wii and can't delete channels to make room. Then again, I suppose running out of space is another issue altogether.

I cannot reproduce this using 5.0-750. I installed the Internet Channel using Dolphin's "install WAD" feature, then removed the channel from the system menu. It successfully removed the channel without crashing.

I was able to remove channels without it crashing either. It didn't remove them correctly, but that's another problem for another day.
