Description

Game Name?
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii version)

Game ID?
RZDE01

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Upon starting a new game, multiple "Failed to link shaders" warnings appear.

What did you expect to happen instead?
No warnings.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. From the main menu, select "New quest log"
  2. Select end twice, then A to complete the color calibration screen
  3. Three "Failed to link shaders" warnings appear immediately, before the first 3d scene starts. Game will continue to run after dismissing the warnings.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-6759

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-6749

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 x64, i5-2500K, GTX 660, GeForce driver version 350.12

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Three warning logs are dumped.

Skyward Sword and Metroid Prime (Wii version) also generated these warnings upon loading 3d scenes. I did not test any other games.

I also get these errors, using Windows 7 and Nvidia NVS 5400M.

Could this issue be the same? https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=8680

Specs:
Windows 7 x64, i5-4690K, GTX 970, GeForce driver version 347.88

Issue also occurs for Metroid Prime 2 (GC) and Star Wars Rogue Squadron. Seems to be a pretty general issue.
