What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Upon starting a new game, multiple "Failed to link shaders" warnings appear.
What did you expect to happen instead?
No warnings.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- From the main menu, select "New quest log"
- Select end twice, then A to complete the color calibration screen
- Three "Failed to link shaders" warnings appear immediately, before the first 3d scene starts. Game will continue to run after dismissing the warnings.
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

4.0-6759
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-6749
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 x64, i5-2500K, GTX 660, GeForce driver version 350.12
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Skyward Sword and Metroid Prime (Wii version) also generated these warnings upon loading 3d scenes. I did not test any other games.

I also get these errors, using Windows 7 and Nvidia NVS 5400M.

Specs:
Windows 7 x64, i5-4690K, GTX 970, GeForce driver version 347.88
Issue also occurs for Metroid Prime 2 (GC) and Star Wars Rogue Squadron. Seems to be a pretty general issue.
