Crash when using an action replay code to enter a cut level.

No crash.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Nope.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU) Geforce 880m, Core i7-4810mq, Windows 8.1 64bit.

I have no idea if this is a valid bug, a bug with Dolphin's AR handling (wontfix), user error, or a bad AR code, but since the error message seems to be exactly the same each time regardless of which map I test it on, I figured I might as well report it just in case there is something to it (I've nothing better to do with my day :P)

Also, using the "Enable Test Maps" code (DR7B-3WJ8-HCT1B
9512-QYF9-8JRHU for ntsc) and entering the E3 stage throws this error: https://imgur.com/Uq3wtdc
Again, not sure it's related, but for the sake of completeness, putting it here.

- Status changed from New to Invalid
I was just looking this up the other day, would you just note this on the other issue with action replay/Gecko Codes not always working? Thanks!
Marking this as invalid, but, it's really not. Hope you understand; Just want to keep issues cleaned up for the inevitable issue tracker move.
