After I updated to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate, the 4.0-6554 netplay build stopped working.
What did you expect to happen instead?
For the program to not crash.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure,
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-6554 through current, finding out the oldest version that worked was 4.0-6928. Versions after this work fine as well.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No.

Windows 10 pro x64

Processor/CPU: Intel i7-4700MQ @2.4oGHz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT750M x2
Memory/RAM: 16 GB

Crashes instantly.

You need to reinstall the GC driver with zadig after updating to windows 10. This is fixed in the latest build of Dolphin (it crashes without the driver installed) so this issue report can be closed. Also, 4.0-6554 is not the "Netplay build", netplayers just decided to use that one for consistency. If something works in the latest build of Dolphin, there's no need to make an issue report for deprecated Dolphin builds.

If it's fixed in the newest development version, it's fixed. It's impossible to re-release an old version that already has been released.
