Description
In Super Smash Bros. Melee, the announcer's voice is noticeably a bit more 'tinny' in HLE audio than under either LLE option. I believe this has been overlooked as it is hard to notice unless you're looking for it.

If it matters, I was using the OpenAL backend in Debian Linux with pulseaudio disabled. Same happens with pulseaudio running.

I can confirm this, and it happens in both backends. The announcer's voice does sound much sharper (and somewhat tinny), but I doubt it's accurate emulation. I've uploaded some samples:

Sorry, I didn't provide samples because anyone can test it. But I should have in case someone didn't have smash bros..
