Can't Create AR code using CheatManager

Description
- Run game.
- Open Cheat Manager and enjoy code search.
- Select any value then click "Create AR Code" button.
- Fill out a code name and value, then click "OK" button.
- Dialog closed but you can't find a created code in AR code list. Gameini is empty too.
I checked each GC,Wii,Wiiware titles but always obtain the same result.
5.0-RC-27 - Broken
4.0-7723 - Broken

4.0-5687 - Works
4.0.2 - Get a wxWidgets alert when step 5. http://i.imgur.com/ODEHP3A.png
If Click "Yes", Dolphin Crash.
If Click "No" or "Cancel", alert close and a created code appear in AR Code list.

Win7 x64 / i5-2500K / GTX570 / 12GB RAM
