Description

Could we get some better documentation on this, especially how to map controller buttons to hotkeys.
Maybe somewhere like this wiki page: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Configuring_Controllers

I could write one, but... what would it say?

"Toggle Fullscreen allows you to enter or exit fullscreen."

Isn't that obvious?

Hmm... I guess mixing and matching controllers and keyboard is somewhat difficult, and that might use some explanation...

The issue is that people are never finding the hotkey configuration window. It exists in a completely isolated location that can't be found unless users pull down the options menu, which they don't because all other options can be accessed through the much larger icons a few pixels away (fitts law)
If they don't know that configurable hotkeys exist as a feature, they might not even look, just assuming that dolphin is missing the feature.

Maybe we need to link to it or point it from the controller configuration window.

Even just a mention at the bottom of that wikipage that hotkeys are configuration from the hotkey configuration window would be and improvement.

We could make a guide just to let people know that the functionality exists. That seems a little silly, though...

Either way, it would be a mistake to promote an advanced menu to an obvious position. We might move it out of the options menu though? But it was moved there for a reason. :/
