Description
Users keep asking about how to set custom titles. The current method of editing titles.txt is practically impossible to discover without looking it up on the internet. Allowing custom titles to be set using the GUI would make the custom title functionality more discoverable.

I don't mind this idea, I just don't know how it'd be done. Marking as questionable simply because it hasn't been done over the course of 6 years.

Probably the most feasible route would be to use meta.xml. I don't have any plans to work on this right now, though.
