Issue duplication and merging is inferior to GoogleCode

Description

Redmine does not have a merge feature as GoogleCode did. This is unfortunately an issue with Redmine, not our implementation. See https://www.redmine.org/issues/3708

Maybe a plugin exists out there or something to give us that functionality back?

I'll keep this open as a feature request for a more obvious "duplicate" button. Currently you have to do two actions (mark as duplicate + add related issue), ideally when marking as duplicate the tracker would ask what it duplicates.
