Confirmed. Latest update of windows defender gets really angry about Dolphin.exe in the 4.0-7958.

Virus Total gives it a clean bill of health, might not have the latest virus definitions yet.

In the previous time this occurred, it was a problem in Windows Defender that Microsoft eventually fixed. I don't see anything in that PR that would affect this... https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/e955a3a1910f7648f2577531d62694cab675d616

Is this our problem to deal with?

Tested with latest available build 4.0-7960. Now Windows Defender doesn't have false positive, just an smartscreen pops up.

It's probably just a random assembly of bits that will never be repeated.
