Windows Defender detects Dolphin 4.0-7958 as a virus

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When I'm to download latest svn version from main site, Windows Defender detects it as a virus and deletes the zip or executable.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Download a build from download website.
- Windows Defender will make his staff.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
Dolphin 4.0-7958. Previous builds work fine.
What are your PC specifications?
Windows 10 x64
Intel i7 3770K
2x GTX 970!
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Confirmed. Latest update of windows defender gets really angry about Dolphin.exe in the 4.0-7958.
Virus Total gives it a clean bill of health, might not have the latest virus definitions yet.

In the previous time this occurred, it was a problem in Windows Defender that Microsoft eventually fixed. I don't see anything in that PR that would affect this... https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/e955a3a1910f7648f2577531d62694cab675d616

Tested with latest available build 4.0-7960. Now Windows Defender doesn't have false positive, just an smartscreen pops up.

It's probably just a random assembly of bits that will never be repeated.
