Error message "FIFO is overflowed by gatherpipe! CPU thread is too fast!" randomly pops up.

Play those games with dual core enabled
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

After that bug was fixed I get a lot less of these error messages.
