when playing sonic the screen bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1- open sonic
2- play
3-the screen flashes

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
dolphin 4.0-8057 do not work

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Windows 7 x64 asus gtx 650 with version nvidia 358.50

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

We know what caused it, but, the cause of this bug was an accuracy change that removed various old hacks. Thus, we cannot fix it just by reverting a change.

Needs the XFB setting changed. On the Wiki page, the recommended setting is "Virtual".

I compared real hardware with Dolphin. No XFB setting fixes it. Definite bug.
