the flags at the top of the menu stage are corrupt

this only happens on my mac
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-8155, it works on 4.0 however
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015)
Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

This is most likely a duplicate of issue 8613, which is caused by issues in the OSX drivers.
Can you confirm that 4.0-1146 works and 4.0-1192 is broken for this issue

Yes, I can confirm that it works in 1146, but is broken in 1192!
