What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
[In Archery next to the Wind Meter, there is an odd blue line. Whilst playing through Archery, the blue line stays in the same position. When changing the Anti-Aliasing settings in the Dolphin Menu whilst in-game seems to make the line worse. Turning Anti-Aliasing off doesn't make a difference. Also to note, the wind meter has an odd blue outline.]
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Open and play Archery from the Main Menu.]

Have you tried putting the game on 1x Internal Resolution?

Tried using Native Resolution, blue lines still exist, as shown below.
Seen in 'bluelines5.PNG', the Mii also has blue lines surrounding it. (Turning off Anti-Aliasing can improve Mii blue lines, but is unfortunate, and undesirable)

Disable "Ignore Format Changes" please.

Also if anti-aliasing causes a bug I'm probably just going to ignore that part of the issue because enhancements can cause bugs. It's just a consequence of doing things the game didn't do.

Disabling 'Ignore Format Changes' only very mildly changes the blue outlines. After testing, disabling it has the rare side effect of considerable lag during specific events (such as drawing your bow in Archery).

'Ignore Format Changes' disabled has been default since a long time: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/290204e65cbc37d1c5bdf86ae6d87576334b69cb#diff-0036cd517103f1f53eaf532f4e4f5a1c
This can be marked as fixed.

The issue still exists as of 5.0-15936. I was able to reproduce with a clean config (apart from changing internal resolution to 3x; the issue does not happen at 1x, and only happens at 2x if anti-aliasing is enabled). I couldn't reproduce any blue lines around the Mii or outlining the wind meter, only a single blue line next to the wind meter. The blue is related to the sky color (I think); at dusk the line is instead orange and at night it is black.
