What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Somewhat alike the problem with Excite Truck, The menus in Monster 4x4 World Circuit seem to spin the GPU as fast as they can, causing it to run 600+ FPS. The problem is that the VPS drops to below 10; making it very difficult to navigate. It seems that messing with the timings in synchronous GPU mode can improve this and make it less problematic, but I've yet to make it work perfectly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start the game.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

No versions work. 4.0.2 and 4.0-8258 were tested.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
