When the emulator checks for rom files, UI elements from the top bar disappear.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start Dolphin. Also pressing refresh.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

4.0-8371. Occurs as early as 4.0-8350, but not 4.0-8348.
