Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

I had been playing SSBM netplay the day before, hibernated, turned on my computer the day after, did various other things for about an hour, saw that dolphin was still open, closed it, and my computer BSOD'd (picture included)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Can not reproduce.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

4.0-7840

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: i5-5200U
GPU: nVidia 940m
OS: Windows 7

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Included are the Windows Minidump, a screenshot of the bsod, and another file windows told me would be helpful.

I doubt this is a Dolphin issue, since the BSOD message itself says it is a kernel thread that failed to release the mutex, not Dolphin. So this sounds like an issue with your system (possibly drivers?)
