What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
If you turn off "Force Progressive" in the video backend ini and then turn on Virtual XFB, bad things happen.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Be someone who actually turns off Force Progressive and then subsequently still wants to use Virtual XFB.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-8400; the option to turn off force progressive didn't exist in older builds.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Your microwave is at fault here, it's sensor cooking obviously doesn't support interlanced mode, nothing can be done about it. :-p
