007: Quantum of Solace - RJ2E52

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Lots of flickering or blacked out character models in the distance. Sometimes they'll lose lighting when going under shade. Your own model flickers whenever you go under a different light.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The most obvious thing you can do is turn off safe-texture cache and watch the helicopter when starting a new game. It's right after the FMV and will flicker black/white until it gets close to you.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

4.0.2 and 4.0-8400 both suffer from this issue.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Core i5 3570K, GTX 760, Windows 7

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

It should be noted that turning on Safe Texture Cache kills performance, but the game is very awkward to play without it.
