Game Name?

All Gamecube titles.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When the Wii U Gamecube adapter is selected, hotkeys such as esc to end emulation and enable/disable fullscreen (during Gamecube emulation) fail to work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Then start Emulation for any Gamecube game.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Happened with 4.0-8601 and every later build.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Apparently from what was deduced, it was an old bug when no inputs were selected (the case with the Wii U GC adapters) then hotkeys will fail to work.
