Update Cg to 2.2.0
There are various improvements that may help increase speed in some games.
Included patch file for easy update :)

Cg 2.1 had a problem where the cgSetOptimal[XX]Profile functions wouldn't work on ATI
cards. It is fixed in Cg 2.2
