Every gamecube game

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

1- Since the UI options of gamecube controller gone "Direct connect, etc" the gamecube games doesn´t allow to use hotkeys like savestate, loadstate, enter/exit fullscreen, etc.

2- Another problem is that the exit dialog box works 1/2 times, but with this i can´t ensure the problem is 4.0-8601 or later.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Select Gamecube adapter for wii U, open gamecube game and try to enter fullscreen/savestate, exit fullscreen, etc.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Before 4.0-8601 works ok. (solve the first problem) Tested in different PC´s
