What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When I launch the game from Dolphin, the screen stays black at 0 fps (even Wimote explanation screen doesn't show up)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
launch the game and see black screen

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-8715 doesn't work
4.0-7725 doesn't work
4.0-7461 works

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Intel e8600 - Nvidia Gtx950 - Windows 10 64bit

Tried to use single core option, but still shows the black screen at 0 fps
As soon as possible I will try to track down the revision between 4.0-7461 and 4.0-7725 that caused the regression
