What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

It stutters heavily with VSync ON (with VSync OFF it tears heavily)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Turn VSync ON and play through until the first "eyed" boss.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

4670K, 750 Ti, Win7 SP1 x64

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Ishiiruka runs it fine with async shaders, so that's something to look on.

I want to add that despite the duplicate note with issue #8053, I'm not running this game with Dual Core, and is not my first gameplay, that is shaders are already cached from the same Dolphin build (not imported over).

Also, and as a reminder I want to repeat that this stutter only happens when VSync ON, repeat VSync ON, this note is important because it means that with VSync OFF it runs smooth (albeit with tearing).

I ignore if this validates as a shader cache issue. Will report on the linked issue report.
